my friend has a hard time swallowing pills that are not in gelcaps, or that are large. The now-foods adam multi's are what i use, and those are too much. Is anyone familiar with a multivit that is in gelcaps? any other suggestions?

Has he tried cutting them in half? Thats what I have to do.

liquid multi's... natural food markets usually have these, a lil expensive per dose but very effective
