It really depends on your position and what you need it for. I would run test for sure though, probably prop, to help with recovery. The other compounds would be based on your position and needs.

I am just wanting strength gains. I play tackle. I was thinking some deca, prop, and maybe some var.
I think that would be good, but if there is any chance that you could ever be tested, don't run the deca. Takes 18 months to clear. I would run the prop for sure and the var is not a bad choice. You can also think about adding in tren, very good for strengths.
scratch the var, you will do good on test/deca. 500 test, 400 deca a week. for leaner gains, swap the deca for EQ. stay away from tren, you will get winded real fast.
What if I just ran prop at 100mg ed, winny 50mg ed, and var 60mg ed?
