Well thats an interesting Q...Its my understanding that it would not "directly" boost estrogen production...but could & in fact does "indirectly" boost afore mentioned production...
Edit...I don't think it inhibits test production...its just that with any rise in test production there is an "indirect" rise in estrogen conversion & others...
under normal circumstances...

in studys tribulus didnt have any LH stimulating effects
