i'm 5'10'', 170lbs. i was just curious what kinda stats you guys think i should be putting up (bench, squat, and etc). for example when i do shoulder press w/ dumbells i can do the 75's 10x on my 3rd or 4th set...this good or should i be able to do more? also what would you guys would be a good size for my arms...i know i dont got the genes to get 18" bi's.keep in mind that i am asian and i'm i'm trying to do my best with what i've got.
