With test & deca I'd use both. L-dex @ .25mg ED and nolva @ 10mg ED

With Deca I also add 200mg Vit B-6 @ 200mg ED

dex is maybe the best at combating bloat. It works great for me. As eGGz says, use both l-dex and nolva since you seem to be prone to gyno (by what you posted).;

1-4 d-bol 50mg ed
1-10 deca 400mg ew
1-12 test 400, 500 mg ew
9-14 winny, 50mg ed
just curious how many sprays of l-dex every day, and how much nolva, dont think im succeptable to gyno but wanna be safe lots of bloat though

You can use liquidex over nolva, but you need to have your nolva on hand in case symptoms of gyno should arise. A better option would be to run both throughout your cycle and PCT.
