bro don't be afraid of pecs... i was and then i did them and they are now my 2nd favorite after delts... it seems freaky the 1st time u do it, but they seem to take a shot really well. they r better then quads for me... quads seem to be different every shot. 1 time no problem.. next time hit near a nerve..
