My first cycle starts Monday. I know the basic supps, and have most already. But I was looking for some that aren't commonly mentioned as well as the necessary. I have the core, basic ones, and so far I know tomorrow I need to pick up:
Echincea, Tylenol PM (for quality sleep), more liver protectant, laxitives(?) and some ZMA for sure. What others would you reccommend? Just list off the ones you're currently on and others people overlook but are usually need to make a good cycle.
