i've gotta go with lena. the nordic knockout gets me everytime. timea was a close second, with jenny worth, monica, and amanda blank following up. lena's just got the perfect combo of muscle and figure. she kills me!

I did not get last months flex. Should i get it? Was it a good one? I have the Nov. issue of flex. I know that Monica is pretty damn flexy though.

From the list above I chose Timea (I have that issue as well....but that's not why I chose her). However, my ideal female physique has always been Debbie Kruck and as far as the total package (beauty and body) I would have to go with Danielle Edwards.
