primo 1 gram 1-10
Is nolva or clomid needed here since primo doesnt convert to estrogen? (Got many different opinions on this)
Would yust tribulis/tongat ali do the job?

even though primo is not as harsh on hpta as tren or test at a 1 gram a week for 10 week's i think your friend would still be quite shut down and should do a full pct

trib and/or tongat will not do the job IMO

Use nolva and clomid for PCT. There will be some suppression, just not as much as tren, etc. Throw in trib and tongkat, with nolva and clomid, if your budget permits. All are good for restoring natty test levels.
