I would use proviron alone it works great for me @ 50mg/day splited in two
intakes per day.

the two together will work.

Start the Nolva 2-4 weeks prior to the start of the cycle (4 weeks is the time listed on the Nolva excerpt: the time listed to get serum levels up)

Start the proviron at the start of the cycle.
