Plenty of Nolva and Clomid. Cardio in morning on empty stomach w/(aminos) 4 days/week at 30 min. moderate intensity. Diet squeaky clean at 4000 to 5000 cal/day to keep up muscle mass but regulating carbs to @ 400-500 gram per day. Can I get you guys to outline a good cyle for me? I appreciate it.![]()
