Injection please help.

I just injected b12 complex into my ass..and I feel a ball in the injection spot.., i did everything right..I have done it before.. what should I do?

hasn't happened to me but from what i hear take a how shower and massage the injection spot. by the way how much b12 are you injecting. it should only be 500mcgs a day

Should be fine. Just keep an eye on it and make sure that it doesn't look like it is turning into an infection.

ya... and also keep rubbing it lightly at first, unless it makes it worse.. maybe have the hot shower too...
