i bought a bottle of novadex from gaspari nutrition. the beginner cycles say do 10-20mg daily during cycle. on the back of the bottle it says 60mg,but also says 2-4 capsules a day, how do i figure out how much to take?

nolvadex should be used @ 20mg/day.
are you sure you have nolva? some places sell different stuff and just change the spelling a bit. it might not be the right thing.
