shot question of test and deca

should i shoot deca and test e twice a week or just once. cause i been doing it once a week test e @ 500 and deca @ 400mg..i been hearing diff things about it...thanks

The more you split it up the less sides you will avoid and the the more you'll get out of the 2 by keeping blood plasma levels more constant.........

I like to shoot two times a week. it will help keep blood levels even.

Im taking the same bro, and shooting it three times a week.you should shoot it at least twice a week, you will find that it will work better for you..
