    NEED HELP to maintain all my gains

    This is going to be my first cycle
    My stats: 21 years old.
    5’7’
    170lbs
    12% body fat

    I have been training for 4-5 years
    Diet is 270-300 grams of protein
    Carbs between 300-400grams
    Calories (don’t really count cals but for this cycle I will be counting and shooting for 3500-4000 calories)

    My plan is to gain at least 30 pounds of ripped mass my goal is to be 200 lbs ripped by june.

    Test Enanthate 500mg (weeks 1-10) (two 250mg shots taken on Monday and Thursday)
    Deca Durabolin 400mg (weeks 1-14) (two 200mg shots taken on Tuesday and Friday)

    Nolva 20mg weeks 1-15
    vitamin b-6 200mg a day (weeks 1-15)
    clomid for 3 weeks off cycle


    I ultimatly plan to maintain my juice gains at 200lbs by either cycling once a year max (im not looking to get freakish huge just appe****g ripped)

    sorry mate but you carnt bulk 30 pound's and cut up ripped on a cycle

    So you want to put on 30lbs. of LBM and drop BF in 4 months?

    Are you really serious with this one? I've heard people say "I dont want to get too big but what can get me big and ripped." This is definitely up there but it will take 2nd place.

    -You should run the test 1 week longer than deca.
    -You shouldn't run deca on your first cycle, test only.
    -You can stack the juice in the same syringe and only poke yourself 2 times a week.
    -30lbs is alot to gain, I wouldn't expect too much!
    -PCT looks sloppy, it shouldn't be since you're refering to keep most gains... more info?
    -You could propably gain more naturally...
    -Rest looks OK

    30lbs lean ripped and that are easily attainable is out of the question. I wish it was that easy. But its not.

    Leave out the Deca. All you need is a single estered testosterone, splitting the injections up thorughout the week. 500mg/wk for 12 weeks with either and AI, SERM or both. Enanthate or Cypionate would be well suited.

    I do my PCT with HCG/Nolva/Proviron to great success. PCT is comensed 14 days after last Test Enan shot, or 16 days after last Test Cyp shot.

    Save the Deca for a future cycle. All it will do is make recovery harder and sides more difficult to combat.

    Make sure you run the test longer than the deca. Also, test e and deca are both gonna add water weight, which will not likely yield high "keep gains". If youre not against everyday injections I'd go with prop 75 mg/day for your goals. Oh yeah, 30 lbs and getting leaner is not gonna happen in 5 months- re-evaluate your goals. Good luck.

    what did u mean by "All you need is a single estered testosterone...500mg/wk for 12 weeks with either and AI, SERM or both." what are AI and SERM?

    And if you dont mind can you give me a breakdown of what my PCT should look like.I was always under the impression that clomid is a very valuable componenet of any PCT? yet you dont seem to think its great at retaining gains.

    by the way guys... I know that 30 lbs of lbm is alot to look for...but consider the fact that i have low natural test levels so once i start cycling im guessing i will have no problem gaining lean mass.

    low test level's at 21 have you had them check out ?

    You could easilly gain 30 lbs, but it not gonna be lean, keepable mass.

    An AI is an Aromotase Inhibitor, its prevents/reduces the conversion from testosterone to estrogen. Elavated estrogen is where side effects arise. Water retention, gyno and acne are sides associated with it. Using an AI is an effective way of reducing/preventing these side effects. AI's include, Letro, L-Dex, Arimidex, Aromasin and Proviron.

    A SERM or Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, competes with the same recpetor sites estrogen does. Its fairly effective at reducing some of the sides associated with elevated estrogen, especially gyno. SERM's include Nolvadex, Clomid and others.

    I choose to avoid Clomid, due to its emotional/vision problems that often arise. I'm blind in one eye, so vision bluriness (a side effects of Clomids use) would really affect me greatly. I use HCG/Nolva/Proviron, which has worked well for me, but this may vary from person to person. I run it like this:

    wk 1- 3-4 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri)
    wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
    wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED

    Supps.

    wk 1-5 Creatine 5g/ED
    wk 1-5 L-Glutamine 10g/ED
    wk 1-5 Tribulas 1g/ED

    Omega 3's, 1500mg/ED Vit-C, MultiVitimin. Some use Tongkat Ali also.
