    How do you grow on no sleep and train the next day? Although I could get a lot of extra calories if I never slept, hmm.. lol

    shit i won't function without 7hrs of sleep...
    Every night???...I wouldnt be able to keep a consistant pattern with that...I would be going to bed later because I wouldnt be tired...Probably because I have stress issues...even as far back as I can remember I would lay awake and worry about dying and stuff like that...

    Wasn't putting you down, I was simply stating that more sleep might help. Also, I started at 135 when I was 17, so approx. 10lb/yr isn't too shabby. Also, I was around your weight considering height at your age, so there is no insult intended. Wish I had this board at that age, wasted a lot of precious time.
