    Exclamation Help

    am i overdoing it when i work out on my upper body 3times a week mon,wed,fri, and then i do lower body 2times a week tues,thurs? i work out 1hour a day because the people at the bodybuilding forum say if u over do it u wont get any gains. what reps should i do ive been doing 3 sets of 8 on everything is this fine?

    If you are working your entire upper body (chest,delts,back,bi's,tri's,abs) 3x, yes, i would say that's overkill...Varying your rep range...i prefer higher reps myself....

    so what would be a good routine i can follow every week and what reps should i do on the bench press

    how about this on the other forum they told me to do 5x5 reps on the bench mondays and fridays and each week and a total of 5pounds will this work in makn me bigger, is there another way besides squats i hate squats i nearly kill myself everytime i atemp them

    Learn to love squatting!!
    If you want to have legs you need squats. No if's and's or butt's.
    There is no easy way to greatness.
