    Infection woes!

So, now I'm pretty sure I have an infection in my right shoulder. It's itchy (feels great when I scratch!), red, a little swollen, and hurts (from 1-10 about a 4, but when someone touches my shoulder it spikes to about a 7 or 8).

Anyways, I injected in my right shoulder Sunday and now its midnight (Thursday/Friday). Anyways today I told my dad I needed antibiotics for a cough/throat issue and he gave me some Zithromax (my father is an MD). I won't tell him about my AAS use. Anyways, how long should I wait for swelling and shit to go down before I head to an ER for cut and drain. Should I penetrate my skin to see if puss comes out? Let me know! Thanks!

By the way, my infection probably came of way of me breathing on the needle as I was injecting Sunday. I was doing something I never do and thats look right at the needle and breathing near the needle while penetrating and injecting.
