training and cardio while on pct??

I will be doin my 28 days of pct in two weeks, doin clen, clomid and nolva. I have been doin some research on continuing training and cardio while on pct and have found mixed reviews, what is the latest on this? Should i continue a clean diet, a rigorous training regime and regular am cardio?? I have posted my before and after pics in the member pics area and for those who have seen it know that I have transformed my body in the last year and lost alot of fat and put on some muscle. I do not want to gain any fat back after I go off this cycle, I want to continue training my ass off like I have been but want some advice on how to do it properly, thanks in advance for the help.

Just continue eating clean and still take in a good amount of calories. I would keep up the cardio also. You can keep a lot of the gains that you made if you do things correctly. Stick with eating clean though. Just because you are off cycle doesn't mean that you can go off dieting also. It sounds like you are ready for what you have to do though. Congrats on the progress that you have made. Keep up the good work.

Can I still keep the same bodybuilding routine as well? I guess the reason I want to be sure is that I have read not to try to cut while on pct, so I just want to be sure on whether I just keep the training as intense or slack off a bit while on pct...I would like to keep it the same but I will do whatever brings the best results.

Try to keep your regiment the same, but remember, your body may not recover as fast as it did when you were on aas. Just listen to your body. It will stear you in the right direction.
