Been working out for almost 2 years. Starting wait 2 years ago was 160 pds (5'8 height), now weight is up to 180 but have sort of hit a wall, I have a great diet, I take in at least 180 grams protien dailey but I'm not growing. There is plenty of people at my gym that can get what I need but they are not much on advice. Is there anything that won't finacially break me that I can start out on.
