    Advice for weight gaining problem?

I have always been an active person either by playing sports or by weight lifting. My problem however has always been weight gaining; it seems regardless of my workout routine or intensity I gain definition without the mass. I recently started a cycle of Test. Enanthate and Equipoise, I am four weeks into the cycle and have noticed a large increase in strength, and I am far more vascular. However I have only slightly increased in size, I went from 168lbs to 174 lbs. I am just wondering if I should look into stacking with Sustanon 250 for the rest of my cycle or if I would be better off finishing with my current load and adjusting with my next cycle. Any advice would be appreciated…

    Age: 22
    Height: 5’10
    Weight: 174

Why stack test with sust , they are the SAME!
Both equipoise and test take awhile to kick in wait until the sixth week for real gains to start. You should have waited longer before you cycled and solved your weight gaining problem which I would bet is all in your DIET, not jump to AAS for the answer. To small , diet is key.

My caloric intake is about 2800 a day, I avoid any fatty foods and eat mostly lean meats like chicken and venison (I love deer hunting). What type of food would you recommend, is it possible I am not getting enough fat?

If you bumped up you caloric intake to 3500-4000 calories, I guarantee you will put on some good mass. Right now your consuming enough calories to maintain your current weight. Up it about a 1000 and youll notice the weight going on. Im far from a pro at dieting, but im sure that will help with your gain problems.

Don't worry about gaining fat , if your as active as you claim you are you should be able to eat alot and still burn it off. You should be eating ALOT more than 2800 calories as a natural, let alone on a bulking cycle.

That is why I asked for some advice... It's not that I don't do research, it’s the fact that I am a full time college student with limited time and money, I appreciate advice, however attacking my intellect is counter productive. Thnx for the input though…

You have to dedicate yourself to eating. As simple as that.
    What are u dedicated too?
where is eating on that list?
if its not #1 u won't achieve the goal of gaining weight.
eat massively, with lots of protein, but carbs fat etc its all good too.
    Lift big in the gym.

soon u won't have time for being "active" etc..
and than u'll be gaining weight.

I am mad he's throwing away money at a cycle, and he's on it, and he doesnt know what he's doing yet..

Nitroblood, you seem uneducated about steroids in general. So for your safety are you running a anti-estrogen or an aromatize inhibitor to stop you from getting bitch tits? Also what doses are you running your equipoise and test and how many weeks? You do have pct planned right?

I find it easy to have a weight gainer shake with my meals. I make em around 5-700 calories a shake. I know they have alot of sugars in them, but you are bulking so some fat is welcomed. Its just an easy way to add a bunch of calories ontop of the calories your consuming at that time.

My supplier informed me that I would need HCG and Clomid, if I understood correctly I need to take them after my cycle for approximately two and a half to three weeks and slow down my workout routine. I am currently taking 500 mg of Enanthate as well as 500 mg of equipoise weekly for ten weeks.

I'm on exactly the same cycle as you, but instead of 10 weeks mines twelve, I think that might be more effective since both compounds your using take a signifacant amount of time to kick in

I figured I would start small and see where it got me, but then again I am beginning to think it may be a good idea to go twelve. How far along are you?

Proper diet appears to be my big problem; genetics are another thing working against me however I think my diet is the largest factor. I am definitely going to take the advice given by AllGeardUp and get some weight gainer shakes
