    good diet or bad diet??

    hey every1 new kid on the block, im currently under weight for acceptance in the army. my current weight mass is 58.8kg and need to reach 60kg plus to be accepted, i have written out my own diet for gaining weight and i was just wondering if you guys thinks its going to work within in the next 2 months,
    here it goes;

    7:00am breakfast - porridge, 2 scrambled eggs, protein drink , apple
    10:00am snack - yogurt + small plate of vegatables
    13:00pm Snack - cheese sandwich, apple
    16:00 lunch - Fish, peas with past and apple or yogurt
    18:00 snack - protein drink and apple
    20:00 tea - steak, vegetables and a muffin
    22:00 Snack - ceral plus yogurt or apple

    please reply for some advice on my diet

    You also want a lean protien with every snack/meal, ...yogurt is a carb...and high in sugar usually

    no carbs that late at night, unless i am missing something and you are lifting p.m.

    it's not a HORRIBLE diet, but it isn't something a bb or someone trying to cut would follow. it could be worse. my sugg is more lean protein as cardio kitten so kindly pointed out, as well as whey (are you even working out??), throw in some flax and you shoudl be ok for maintentance, imho.
