    whats the best?????

    for pwo should i take 50%dextrose and 50%maltodextrin or just 100%dextrose?

    and for ppwo is brown rice the best to have or should i have sweet potato, white potato, pasta or multigrain pasta. thanx

    I think either or given the situation, i dont think it will differ that much to be honest, just make sure that you are getting simple carbs in the PWO in the form of either of the above 2 you mentioned and i think it should be fine.

    Either dex/malto situation is fine, try both if one seems to give you better results for whatever reason then go with it. All those foods PPWO are fine depending on if your bulking or cutting. I am actually cutting and experimenting with a 1:1 ratio of dex and protein.
