Letrozole, arimidex, nolvadex, aromasin. there are many to choose from. It's more trial and error. Everyone will have a different favorite, find which one works best for you and stick with it IMO>

depends on your cycle....what you are running, and how much.

I run .25mg ldex and 10mg nolva during my cycles.

usually do .5 ldex eod or e3d and have nolva on hand. eliminating too much estrogen will work against you as the strength gains will not be as pronounced.

i only run any anti e's if i start to get symptoms...but u could run .25ldex ed. or 10mg nolva ed.

Both. Estrogen will be elevated during a cycle, whilst "on" and during PCT. If prone to gyno or water retention an AI is sugested. As above, Arimidex, L-Dex, Aromasin, Proviron and if needed, Letro. I only suggest Letro to the very gyno prone, when using Progestins, for pre-compettition.

I run Proviron, which isnt the best at decreasing estrogen levels, compared to the other AI's but will bind to the aromotase enzyme. Whilst also reducing SHBG.

For your cycle of Sust, at a moderate dose, I reccomend, all other AI's over Letro, unless very gyno prone.

Sust is the only compound, of the two mentioned, that doesnt aromotase. Tbol's structure is such, that it cant aromotase.
