I've been having a problem with my hamstrings cramping on leg day. I always work my quads first then move onto hamstrings then calves, but it's been almost impossible to work my hams the last couple workouts cause they cramp everytime about 2 sets in. Here's what my routine looks like...
Squats
Leg press
Lunges
Lying leg curls(cramp every time)
One legged ham curl(haven't been able to do these last couple weeks cause of the cramps)
Seated calf raise
Standing calf raise
Does this happen to anyone else? Anyone know what i can do about this?
