if u dont want a party scene ........... check out "La Romana" in the Dominican Republic .... i believe the name of the specific place im thinkin of is .... Casa De Campo .......... not sure .... ill look it up for u

Yeah - an East Mediteranean cruise sounds good... lots of history in that area. I wouldn't go to Athens but to Thesaloniki(sp?) beach area... less traffic issues and the BEACH And in Cyprus, hit up Larnaca - Nicosia is too big to get around without wheels... and Larnaca has everything you need... expensive though...

Just paid $1300 for 7night 8days in the Bavaro Beach Palace in DR...All inclusive....U cant get a better deal ..Leaving early June...cant wait....Also can go to any of there 4 other hotels on the same strip and eat and drink. It's like 5 hotels for the price of 1...

I am looking for culture and relaxation during the day (not as much culture as tours through Europe) but definitely a good night life (more adult, couple night life -- sophisticated but not snobbish, not quite Mardi Gras night life though)

I'd take Figi in a heartbeat... but $$$$ whooobaby, lots of cash to blow on that one -- hurts the pockets.

I was considering Singapore and Hong Kong too..

But still trying to aim all inclusive.

I looked into Sandals, look good -- haven't tried club med yet... will look.

Its a collection of 1100 or so tiny islands in the indian ocean, a few hundred are populated 100 or so are resort islands and the rest are uninhabited. They are just like little sandbanks sticking out of the water with palm trees on them.
I went there with my girlfriend a year ago, we got engaged there, it was perfect, we stayed in a water bungalow - an air conditioned cabin on stilts over the water. The island we stayed on, Veligandu, only has 65 rooms on it and you can walk round it in about 15 mins. Apart from snorkelling and scuba diving it isn't exactly an action packed holiday but that suited us.

I went to Cabo San Lucas last year and the weather and people was great. I kicked it at the beach like 7 hours a day listening to the dj in the background and drinking some Margaritas or Coronas. I also met alot of famous actor at night at the clubs. Nice place to go
