I injected i cc of cyp on wed morning. By friday afternoon it felt like i had a knot under the skin a few inches away from the injection site. Saturday morning showed it as very raised and red, hard and warm to the touch. I got my ass to a doctor, and got some antibiotics. Now it's monday and the knot is still there, is this an abcess then? When draining it, i just get a large syringe and inject into the middle, then withdraw what i can, correct?

As you did before, "get your ass to a doctor". Sounds like you have a true abcess (I had a delt one last cycle), and you need to have it drained. It needs to be lanced open with a small scalpel--a syringe won't be able to aspirate out the thick pus--and the wound needs to be packed open with a sterile gauze for a couple of days. ONLY then will the antibiotics be effective (it cannot reach into the pus pocket). It's not that big of a deal, but the doc needs to be the one to make the decision. UNTREATED abcesses can get quite ugly! Good luck.

if you do not know wat you are doing do not drain it mate...get your ass to a doctor......draining the puss out of these things is not nice..i did one for a friend a few weeks ago........................lovely...

im not sayin it should be done without the doctor mate but my friend is a stupid twat....he would not go...obviously everything was cleaned thoroughly..used a 1.5 pin stuck it in and kept changin up the barrels...he had some antibiotics anyway....he has a pic of one of the barrels full of puss...will get it and post it.............not nice mate at all...but he is okay now...

Just got back from the doc. He says he doesn't believe that it's an infection at all, he say's it's too deep and away from the injection site. he thinks it may be a blood clot, we made me an appointment for an ultrasound to check it out.
