    Deca Alone?

    Hi,i'm new to this and whilest using this site for research i notice that alot of people seem against the idea of using just deca on its own.
    I was thinking of doing this @ 200mg/wk for 8 weeks.
    Any suggestions please.

    Deca shuts you down hard. Don't run it without test, and I don't want to hear any ROSS advocates telling me I'm wrong. What's your stats bro?

    Yeah you really need some test IMO. Maybe even as low as 250 a week would get you buy, but thats me.
