Here is my Problem:
I quit workout 3 years ago and now i am planning to make a come back.
I am 26 yrs old , 6,4 foot , 280 pound with around 24% body fat.
I am a big guy without muscle definition and this was like this when i was training but now i would like to be more defined and ripped.
So what kind of cycle do u think?
I have all kinds of juice under my hand so please advise.
PS: Test always gives me extra fat instead of ripping
