broke an amp in my hand pissed off

i had these sus 250 amps and used the ole bic pen trick and the whole amp smashed in my hand lost all the juice and cut myself i was in pain not because of the cut because i lost the juice.

went to the hospital waited 2 hours didn't need stitches and now i cant even workout sucks where do i get an amp opener. any idea.
