lump behind right nipple

]Im on my 6th week of sust. at 250ml every 3rd day. I missed my last shot because ive got lump behind my right tit. I have nolvadex and some clomid but I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I SHOULD TAKE AND HOW LONG I SHOULD TAKE IT! My other question is ; DO I NEEED TO STOP MY CYCLE BECAUSE OF THIS SHIT? Thanks alot for any help!

Depends how bad it is, clomid is useless for your "lump"

Take 20mgs Nolva ed 1st week, if it worsens, I would use 40mg
"if need be"

clomid should not be used here.. up your nolva to 40 mgs.. you should get a hold of letro if u can..

im taking sust at the same dosage along with dbol at 35mg ed..im in week 3 and develped a lump with tenderness...

i was in the EXACT same boat.
talk to c_bino and read his gyno thread, the guy saved me. im on letro right now and the lump is going away. get rid of the clomid, it doesnt do shit for the lump. but keep the nolva up at 40ish until u get the letro. then follow the gyno removal protocol on the gyno thread.
i would get letro a.s.a.p because the gyno can get worst.

use 5mg letro till it softens then 2.5 then 1/2 that and so on till its gone!
