Damn i busted another one help please!!

I cant seem to break these deca ampoules cleanly they just friggin shatter... I try the pen cap on top and breaking,, its shatters, I try scoring it with a knife and it doesnt work, the glass is too thick it wont accept a score...WTF should I do... Any tips guys

I have found that gripping them with a towel helps them crack open easier for some reason... and if it won't crack right away - turn it around and try from the opposite side.

ive never had an amp break when using a pen cap..are you sure you are doing it properly.................

I put the pen cap on the head of the amp.. I also had a towel holding the bottom,, still the bastard broke

A $4 triangle file from the hardware store works great, usualy pops right off, or I score then use pen cap.

I've always put the pen lid on the top...has anyone tried the bottom??? I've tried a few different knifes too and nothing will score the glass...Suggestions..

debating on just breaking em over a sanitary dish and salvaging what I can if all else fails..

This is exactly what I use, and never broke one yet!! Just make sure you score it well all the way around and "snap" !! Done Deal

I wrap it tightly with a paper towel after wiping it down with alcohol, then hold it in my hend like a thumbs up sign and then apply pressure and they usually pop clean.

take a piece of toilet paper and wrap it around the top of amp. layer it like 2 or 3 times. put the top of the amp against something hard(like a dresser or sink), and hit just the top with something hard(i use a cologne bottle). i've only seen this method fail like once or twice. also the toilet paper will catch all the glass, which is the best thing about doing it this way

Just hold it with one hand ... And apply pressure to the top of the amp with sterilized plyers until it breaks... I'd clean the outside of the amp too because sometimes when it breaks... a chunk of glass will go into the amp itself... but obviously nothing big enough to be sucked up by the needle... not the best way to do it ... but its what I have done in the past and it worked for me ... and the bottom always stays in-tact with this procedure as well.. so no wasted gear ...

i didn't know about scoring them or using a pen cap and once i was opening an amp and it slipped in my hands. As the top broke off, it dug into one of my knuckles and lifted a huge chunk of skin from my knuckle.

what i do i get a zip lock bag wrap it on the amp take a scissor I use the big ones to cut the meat they usually come in the whole package with knives and shit...cut the amp right in the line and if the bottle breaks u can draw up watever fell from the bottom of the ziplock bag.

what i would do with my testoviron amps on my last cycle is get a pair of thick pliars, and crush the tip of the amp with it. i know its not the best way of opening an amp, but it did work well for me. just be careful to not suck up any of the broken glass into your syringe

this is the same approach i used and it works great. i'd just wrap the top in a paper towel beforehand to prevent glass from flying everywhere. as far as sucking up the glass, any pieces small enough to fit through the needle won't do any harm. your body will break them down over time.
