took to much deca????

hi there
I have just started a cycle Deca and Test E 300mg Deca a week, 500mg Test E a week. I took 250mg of Test E today will do this on Monday and Thursdays, however i took 500mg Deca in one shot today as well.. will this harm me just this once off? should i just take 250mg Test E on thursday then next week take 300mg Deca the week after and continue this??? will this harm me that i took to much Deca today????????

You are gonna live bro. Just continue with everything else as planned, dont start trying to counterbalance dosages. Keep an eye on sides, but most likely you wont even notice a difference, and you still didnt go over you test dose anyways. Dont know how you made that mistake, but be very careful with what you are taking.

If I understand you correctly, you wanted to take 300mgs of decca, but took 500 by mistake right? If that is so, you will be fine. Just resume your cycle as planned.

Its fine as long as you can take it. The problem is that scar tissue can build up in the injection area. is there a reason you just want to do glutes? That is all I did on my first cycle, and on the second cycle it was just a little harder to push in my glutes due to having to push through scar tissue. Now I have included quads and will try my delts this time as well. You just have to use the right size pins

OK well ease your mind, there are sights you can check out to help with site injections go to (spot injections dot com) all one word. that should help

The gauge needle is important but more important is the length of the needle

You can always draw an oil compound with an 18g needle to make drawing go a little faster, THEN switch needles to what you want to shoot with.

for glutes I use a 23g 1.5" pin
for quads I use a 25g 1" pin
for shoulders I will use the 25g 1" pin as well
for bi's and tri's you can do 1" or go for a 5/8 "

It gets easier the more you do, the less nervous you will be.
I actually look forward to sticking myself now.....sick huh?...lolol
