GH supplements will raise you GH levels a tiny bit, but nothing that IMO would be noticeable if they were used alone. I have tried GABBA and found it to work ok, but with no really impressive gains or anything that noticable i would save your money and buy essential supps like a good protein, aminos, gluta, creatine, PWO drink etc.

More and more companies are producing new products with impressive claims like you mentioned (anator p70 for example - shite!), save your dollar for good proper food, trusted supplements (pro powder as mentioned) and AS/ proper GH!

REAL GH is expensive for a reason (years of research coupled with the fact that the manufacturing process is sooo complicated and requires loads of equip. etc), how can supplement companies take something so expensive and create a tablet or supplement that works just as well or better than the real thing and afford to sell it cheaper than the real deal?!?

If you ever want to quickly learn about a consumable product simply type FDA and then the name of the product. If you try FDA Viagra, even with the millions of companies selling it, FDA information relating to viagra comes up first. If product sales adds come up first, there are no links associated with the product and the FDA together. This is a quick way to see if a company has at least followed the basic steps to legally sell a product and what they told the FDA it can do. Most companies know there products do not do crap, which is why they call it a dietary supplement rather than a drug. That just means if you eat it, you may eat less junk food simply because you consumed some of their crap. It does not mean that taking their product will offer any positive effect whatsoever. Of course the advirtisements will tell you differently. But it is always good to see what they told the FDA their product can do.
