I have few friends heavy into bodybuilding, but I thought I would get a second or third opinion on here about cycle and what I could add or take away from it to make it better, and the length of time I should stay on for
1000mg/sust 250/week
600mg/ decca 300/week
75mg/Anadrol/Daily
Currently I am 210, 5'11" 26years old and my training split is as follows
chest/back
quads/hams
abs/cardio
bi/tri
shoulder/calves
then repeat
Thanks for takin the time to read this and any training or diet/supplment tips are deffinatly appreciated. My main concern was my cycle was not that balanced
