If i were to start my first cycle for example, monday week, should i take time off before doing the cycle and then being as soon as i start the cycle or continue traning as i am and startthe cycle on a friday or sunday?

confusing question or is it to early for me?
ha what i mean is should i take time of form the gym (rest period), for say a week before i start a first cycle, or should i continue with my program and fit the cycle in on the weekend when i am not traning?
does this make more sense?
I would carry on hitting the gym and when the gear starts to peak id up the intensity and calories throughout the cycle.
