Your still kinda young - I wouldn't commit yourself to having gyno yet... although 10 percent is getting lean enough to tell. Pics would help. I would recommend 10mg of Nolvadex per 500mg of testosterone. I usually go with that - and I had sorta puffy nips from childhood that went away after about 22 or 23 years old when i started to get into really good shape in the Corps. I got those retarded endo genes too...
I would stay away from 19-Nors as the progesterone can aggrevate any existing gyno - and that is more difficult to stop then estrogen... IMHO, stay away from trenbolone or nandrolone until you can be certain if it is gyno.
But
I would also recommend training natural for a little while longer... dial in your diet and some gut bustin' training over the next year or so and then think about another cycle... we can still help you with diet and training - you don't have to be on any PED's to get solid advice here
