Please critque my cycle

[ROBOCOP]

4th cycle to consist of the following.

750mg test e. 12 weeks. (shoot twice a week, with deca)

600mg deca. 9 weeks. (Shoot twice a week, with test e)

300mg prop. 3 weeks. (Shoot eod).

1 week after end of cycle, HCG 500iu e/d for 10 days

1 week after finishing HCG start pct (17 days after last test shot), consisting of:

arimidex or liquidex @ .50 mg
clomid @ 50mg
nolvadex @ 20mg
Tongat ali/Redkat

ALL FOR 30 DAYS

(I do have visual problems with clomid so if there is a suitable alternative I would like to know).

What do you guys think??

What were your previous cycle like? what were the doses on previous?
Other than that, cycle looks good.

Only suggestions would be, Dont' limit yourself to JUST 30 days for PCT, always have extra incase you need to run longer, and depending on your previous cycles, you may or may not want to run your Arimidex throughout the cycle to help with bloat.

My last cycle, though was the same as above but pct didnt include HCG. In fact im waiting to get bloodwork done as im not sure if I have fully recovered yet. Sex drive still shot to pieces!!!

I did forget to mention that I was going to run nolvadex at 10 mg a day throughout bmy cycle.

OK, I was just wondering your logic for the higher doses, but if you ran it that much before than you rae fine. If you are running the nolva throughout, then no need for Arimidex throughout. Iprefer arimidex though to nolva, but everyone is different!!

if it was me i drop test-prop and go with d-bol at 40-50mg
or anadrol

cycle looks good you should gain 20lbs for sure, eat- train and sleep good!!!

The reason for the higher dosage is that I didnt get great gains from my last cycle and I know that could be down to my training and eating!!!! I have no idea!!!

Well only you know your body. I am just always hesitant to increase doses until absolutely necessary.
If you think it may have been weak gear, diet , or training, then obviously that is where you ned to adjust. I don't think higher doses will make up for the lack in those areas. Either way, good luck with it!!

I agree completely. One shouldn't compensate for these shortcomings with more gear. Instead, correct the known problem. Just my $.02, best to you.
