    hypothetical cardio question

hey guys say for instance that one burned solely carbs during cardio, say 300cals of them. well, since the body now has 300 fewer glycogen cals than normal to fuel the body for maintenance and other daily activites, what do you suppose it would consume during the rest of the day? it couldnt be only carbs...i think it would be a mix of fat and glycogen to account for the 300 cal deficit. my point is, at the end of the day, total cals consumed minu cals spent (as long as the deficit is nothing crazy like over 500)=fat loss (for the most part).

what do you suppose, brother sirs??

If you use up gylogen your your body will tear down muscle tissue for the amino acids try to replinish the glycogen storage.
