okay so if i was going to do EOD injections or ED injections could i rotate left inner thigh, left outer thigh, left glute left delt, right inner thigh, right outer thigh, right glute and right delt?
i mean i know of course i can inject delt and glute but i was wondering if the inner and outer thigh could count as different injection sites

I have never done nor heard of someone shooting the inner thigh. If you need a map of proven spots for inecting try www.siteinjections.com

oh i was wondering because sometimes i have allergic reactions and i have to take epipen and inject it into my inner thigh and i was thinking it would be the same

I don't think I would do inner thigh. I've read where people do outer thigh and hit it higher and lower. When I did ed injections, I rotated between delts, glutes and quads.

Its not a very common site in the vastus medialis but it can be done. Probably VERY sore the next day.

to many veins in the inner thigh stay away.

Has anyone used a reusable autopen before to administer there steroid cycle and if so is it better than using a pin & chamber and how would you do this as I'm thinking of doing this way as I'm not very keen on needles.
