true, but its more that like my self i go through 3 botle of jin mon-sat and if i miss one shot it leaves me with some left on saterday.

if it is late in the day I would have just bumped it a day - if you are on a 5/2 that would make it an "x/1/y/1" week instead...nothing wasted or off by the end of the week.

I have also doubled the next day or gone 1.5 for the next two - I figure that since HGH is supposed to be in such "bursts" and a certain irregularity is supposed to help, why not an occasional double day?

Wait - I see you are on 6/1? Why not just add it Sunday and for that week treat the day you missed as your off day?

Anyway, I have missed before and have done all of the above....
