In this issue of Flex, they present a diet plan that involves a higher intake diet on workout days and a "starvation" diet on non-workout days where you consume between 200-300g of protein, but hardly any carbs and fat.
My question is, even though you are consuming enough protein on non-workout days, is this really healthy and effective for building lean mass? It seems like it would be a constant battle with catabolism...
