one very important guestion..
I take slin 5weeks on 3weeks off. When slin is on I hit GH+slin at morning when I wake up. 15min later I take drink which contain 50mg wheyprotein, 50g dextrose, 10g glutamine, 5g BCAA. And about 30min after that I eat breakfast, cooked oats 100g.
Second GH+slin shot I take after training when I`m back to home, about 30min after shot I eat very lean meal, no fat. Is that going correctly?
But when slin is off, when it`s vise to take GH? Some people sayd that it`s best when take the all 4iu`s just before sleep, last meal contains only protein and fat, no carbs so thats the one point why hit it before sleep. But does it shut down my own GH production?
