As a relative beginner, i wish to enquire as to the potential, if any, resuts of cycling 500mg sust a week (2X250mg E3days and 2X100mg Test-prop same)with 200mg test prop for a 6-8 week duration. Is this pointless as i have read that sust has test-prop in it any way or will i notice good gains over the period.
Please excuse my ignorance if the answer lies elsewhere in the site, as I havent the time or expertise to navigate to the correct thread at the moment.
I am 26 years old, 180cm, 24% body fat, 190lbs and have recently done a 500mg deca, 250mg sust cycle for 10 weeks finishing jul14th. Saw massive improvements in both strength and size but since then have lost almost more size and strength prior to starting the cycle, so am unsure as what is best to do.
