Not bad brother. It wont happen overnight, keep at it. You definatly trimmed up around the edges. A couple more months should make all the difference.

Hmmmm I think Bulking is kind of like the thing a skinny guy (walking skeleton) does to gain muscle... other guys with natural tendency to be heavy should totally avoid the "bulking" idea.

I dont want to shatter your dream but it looks like you made progress... brought a 23% body fat down to 18% but you are in no condition to start bulking... all you will do is go back to 23% body fat in a big hurry...

If I were you I'd keep cutting until you get down to 15% body fat which I see you holding in your gut... but the gut aint gone yet. Once you get to 15% body fat... dont go on a bulk, just slightly increase your calaries to "maintenance" levels. Like 400 calaries above your cutting diet and keep up your workout regiment.

When you start getting down to 10% body fat (meaning you can start to see obliques and maybe with heavy posing some resemblence of a 4 pack) then maybe you can add a couple hundred calaries to your maintenance levels... but for the immediate future, like at least the next 8 months to 1 year... get "bulking" out of your diet and vocabulary. You definately dont fit the skinny kid or walking skeleton profile.

I hear you on that one, I cannot get a good tan - genetics sometimes suck!

Your progress is very noticable. Keep on re-evaluating your diet and routine and you will look really good in the near future with that kind of progress.

    Good Luck!
