I am not a heavy user, this is the highest amount i have ever taken totaling about 1,150mg of gear per week. (it would however be considered heavy for a newbe)
Calories are around 3,200 - 330gm of protein 330gm of carb and 45gm of fat, training is 2 on 1 off, it's a variation of German Volume Training program and NO cardio. (I will increase calories if i have to)
I will post pics when i am all done bulking, so far i have bulked up on Keto diet with a 36 hour carb up every 6 days, the objective was to stay as lean as possible and still gain some lean body mass, i think it worked pretty good, but now it's time to "go get it", i have a show coming up in early November, so that does not leave me a lot of time to bulk up and still dial in for the show...
