at my college they have a whole bunch of pamphlets on alcohol abuse and drug abuse. they also have a steroid abuse pamphlet. it says that one of the side effects of gear is bad breath. does anybody know why it causes bad breath? or is it just a way to scare people off from trying gear?

amino acids and eating to much protein, have been known to cause bad breath in bodybuilders. i dont think it is directly linked to steroids tho.

there are alot more scary things they can say instead, to scare ppl into not trying juice.

injectables dont cause bad breath, orals do, most ppl i know seem to have bad breath on anadrol mostly

...cant say that the subject was ever addressed in Bio. But yea a search on google brought up "signs of anabolic users" and sure enough on the list was 'bad breath'
Anyone can tackle this subject?

Could be a reaction in the stomach, and the fumes being expelled out of the mouth and nose.
But I'm not entirely sure. I know with colds though, people get bad breath due to the flem in their stomachs.
