Just line up different movements in conjunction with each other.
Ex:
Lat pulls for 3sets, BB rows for 3sets into Hammer Strength High rows.
This should be enough for back if the intensity is right.
After that Bi's have been preexhausted so it should only take a few sets to finish them off.
Your form and intensity is key.. the majority of ppl just pull or lift the weight without truely working the muscle, that's the difference between getting a good workout with minimal sets and needing 15sets/bodypart to get a good session.
Ex. I did 6sets for back yesterday and 2sets for bi's and I'm pretty damn sore.
