    diet experts please critique this cutter

    Heres my cutting diet i have been doing a diet and have dropped from 250 to 235, my goal is anywhere from 220-225lbs...well heres the diet

    (P/C)meal 1- 1 cup oats, 20 grams whey, lean beef 20 grams of protein worth

    total- P-50g,C-55g,fat 5g

    (P/F)meal 2- 1 can tuna, 1 tsp flax

    total P-32,F-15

    (P/C) meal 3- chicken breast salad, 1 cup brown rice

    total- P-40 C-60

    (P/C)- meal 4- 3/4 cup oats 1 can tuna, 8oz apple juice

    total- P-40 C-65 F-5

    Lift

    (P/C)- meal 5- PWO whey protein, dextrose

    total- P-40 C-75

    (P/C) meal 6- PPWO chicken breast, sweet potatoe or 1 cup brown rice

    total- P-40, C-60

    (P/F)- meal 7- lean beef, 1 tsp olive oil

    total- P-35, F-14

    (P/F) meal 8- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, another protein source, 5 caps fish oil, 1/2 tsp flax

    total- P-45 C-5, F-12


    ALL TOTALS- P-315 C-315, F-50


    Calorie Total- Protein-1260
    Carbs -1260
    Fat -450
    --------
    Total- 2970 calories

    i upped the carbs a little because i do sprint and agility workouts 3 times a week and that uses up carbs for energy... I also try to get in 2 days of low intensity cardio(treadmill)

    So hows it look fella's Pleaassee Critique if neccesary

    c'mon fellas i took forever to make this diet, i want to see what you guys think if is good or changes that need to be made

    I think the carbs are a too high for a cutter, 1260 sounds like too much. Especially on your days off. But, if you find yourself losing fat and feeling good then stick with it, if its not getting you where you want to be then change it, maybe one or two less meals and more p/f meals.

    well i have been stalled out a 234 for about a week and a half now

    so should i just up the protein to around 330-350 and fat to 60-65 a little and lower the carbs to around 250 ???


    or


    just lower the carbs a bit to around 250-275 and keep everything else the same??

    diet looks good to me. I would lower your PWO carbs a bit...75g carbs in one meal really isn't necessary.
    If your cutting I would drop the cottage cheese and eat steak/salmon...JMO.
