Heres my cutting diet i have been doing a diet and have dropped from 250 to 235, my goal is anywhere from 220-225lbs...well heres the diet
(P/C)meal 1- 1 cup oats, 20 grams whey, lean beef 20 grams of protein worth
total- P-50g,C-55g,fat 5g
(P/F)meal 2- 1 can tuna, 1 tsp flax
total P-32,F-15
(P/C) meal 3- chicken breast salad, 1 cup brown rice
total- P-40 C-60
(P/C)- meal 4- 3/4 cup oats 1 can tuna, 8oz apple juice
total- P-40 C-65 F-5
Lift
(P/C)- meal 5- PWO whey protein, dextrose
total- P-40 C-75
(P/C) meal 6- PPWO chicken breast, sweet potatoe or 1 cup brown rice
total- P-40, C-60
(P/F)- meal 7- lean beef, 1 tsp olive oil
total- P-35, F-14
(P/F) meal 8- 3/4 cup cottage cheese, another protein source, 5 caps fish oil, 1/2 tsp flax
total- P-45 C-5, F-12
ALL TOTALS- P-315 C-315, F-50
Calorie Total- Protein-1260
Carbs -1260
Fat -450

Total- 2970 calories
i upped the carbs a little because i do sprint and agility workouts 3 times a week and that uses up carbs for energy... I also try to get in 2 days of low intensity cardio(treadmill)
