Loss of ROM on incline: Why?

I started pecs with inclines recently. First time of done that in a few weeks and now I can lower the bar to my pecs. It's become really stiff. This was never a problem. I speculate that it could be because i gained some mass. I also inject in my shoulders (prop, test E, deca) and I'm wondering if prop inflamation is contributing. What do you think?

    Do you ever stretch pecs?

It's possible. What degree incline are you using? Like Johan suggested, I would stretch your pecs (postworkout, or non workout days). Also, you may want to lower the degree of incline, or just now use full range of motion. Typically, when I do barbell incline presses, I don't lower the bar to my chest. I feel it puts a lot more emphasis on my shoulders than on my chest. Unless your doing shoulders and chest together, I wouldn't lower the bar all the way to my chest.

I never really stretch. Nevertheless, I never lost ROM before so why now? The only difference between before and now is that I inject in delts (prop, deca, test E). The other difference is that I train shoulders with more volume and excersizes - a pumping style.

It could also be because of the break from inclines. Im always very stiff when I havent done them in a while. But I guess the delt injections can do its part.

Try grabbing 2 db's and lie down on a incline bench and stretch out properly.
